Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct video therapy sessions with clients, encouraging open conversations about their emotions, thoughts, and experiences.

• Support clients in establishing and pursuing their therapeutic goals while tailoring intervention strategies to their needs.

• Monitor and assess client progress throughout their treatment plans and make adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Utilize secure therapy platforms for live sessions (both video and text) to maintain a professional and private practice environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Healing Renewal, we primarily serve adults in need of mental health support who may be experiencing low acuity issues. All clients are pre-screened to ensure they are stable and ready to engage in therapy. This allows our therapists to focus on meaningful, productive sessions aimed at achievable therapeutic goals, ultimately leading to improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure to practice independently as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• No limitations on your license; must be fully licensed with no disciplinary actions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Proficiency in using digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions and manage client relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

• Strong background in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other relevant therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 – 130,000 based on hours worked and experience level.
