Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-quality, ethical, and individualized mental health counseling sessions via live video chat.
• Assess the mental health needs of clients and collaboratively develop effective therapy goals and personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused techniques, to facilitate meaningful client progress.
• Empower clients to gain insight into their feelings, thoughts, and relationships through engaging and supportive discussions.
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and encouraging healthy coping strategies.
• Participate in professional development and team collaborations to enhance service delivery and therapist skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who seek to improve their mental wellness. Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current, active state licensure is required. Acceptable credentials include: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• Ability to work independently and provide therapy without requiring supervision.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
