Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments during secure video calls to establish clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.

• Regularly meet with clients to monitor their progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with individuals spanning various demographics, including those experiencing mental health issues, co-occurring disorders, or substance abuse challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LPC), or Social Work (LCSW) is required.

• Current, active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC), or Social Worker (LCSW).

• A strong foundation in counseling theories, techniques, and methodologies relevant to diverse client needs is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
