Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of individual and family needs, establishing rapport with clients to ensure trust and openness during therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the specific challenges and goals of each client, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide consistent counseling services via telehealth platforms, employing tools and techniques suited to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Document detailed clinical records of patient histories, assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes to maintain up-to-date insights into each client’s journey.

• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress, share insights on psychosocial stressors, and collaboratively strategize for improved client outcomes.

• Educate clients and families about available community-based services to enhance their support systems and promote access to resources.

• Navigating crisis situations, applying knowledge in areas such as substance abuse, domestic violence, trauma, and mental health disorders to provide immediate support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health challenges. Our target population includes those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and significant life transitions. Your role as a counselor will not only involve therapeutic interventions but also the development of resilience and coping strategies among clients, thereby positively impacting their lives and family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist within the state of Oregon.

• Strong clinical skills demonstrated through relevant training and experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 78,000 to 115,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
