Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' mental health needs and history.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans geared toward fostering recovery and resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, aiding clients in processing their trauma and developing effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other members of the healthcare team to deliver integrated and holistic patient care.

• Respond to crisis situations with appropriate interventions and support techniques.
\n
• Educate clients and their families regarding trauma responses and available resources for further support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in line with ethical standards and legal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals suffering from trauma-related mental health issues, including but not limited to PTSD and complex trauma. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the impact of trauma on mental health and a commitment to empowering clients through effective therapeutic modalities that foster recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience.

• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed practices and interventions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, characterized by a compassionate and empathetic approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n
