This remote position allows for flexibility while ensuring our clinicians can still maintain a strong connection with the team and the clients they serve. Despite operating remotely, collaborative meetings, training sessions, and communal team-building events are facilitated to reinforce our supportive work culture. Your schedule will typically consist of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to address patient needs as they arise.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments that evaluate patient's trauma histories and current mental health status.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that target trauma recovery, incorporating client-specific strengths and effective interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in your therapeutic practice.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in processing their trauma, developing effective coping strategies, and fostering healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other health professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to care.

• Provide crisis intervention as required, addressing immediate trauma-related emergencies with professionalism and compassion.

• Engage in patient education, informing clients and their families about trauma responses and providing resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in line with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure.
