Business Immigration Paralegal, Case Strategy and Client Services

About the team: The Business Immigration practice is led by a senior practitioner with nearly 30 years of experience in global mobility strategy and complex immigration matters, with Chair-level experience within AILA. The team functions as a tightly coordinated, high-performance unit where strategy, execution, and client experience are integrated with speed and precision. What you'll do: Engage directly with corporate clients and foreign national employees to respond to inquiries and support consultations Support case intake, strategy development, and petition structuring across a range of visa categories Assess eligibility for non-immigrant and immigrant visa pathways, including H-1B, L-1, O-1, EB-1, EB-2 (NIW), and EB-5, in collaboration with attorneys.
