Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, allowing for a flexible work-life balance tailored to your needs. You will have the autonomy to create your own schedule, working Monday through Friday between 9 am to 5 pm. Additionally, this role provides a stress-free environment as there are no on-call requirements. The operational support team stands by to assist you with administrative tasks such as billing and IT support, enabling you to focus solely on your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary duty will be to conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video conferencing. You will:

• Utilize evidence-based techniques, particularly Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, to facilitate transformative growth in your clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and counselors to ensure holistic care pathways for your clients.

• Administer symptom self-assessments and monitor progress towards treatment goals using integrated electronic medical records (EMR), allowing for data-driven adjustments to therapy plans.

• Participate in weekly live consultation sessions with leadership for ongoing support and professional growth.

This role primarily involves working with adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and elevated suicide risk. You will approach each client with dignity and respect, delivering culturally responsive care tailored to individual needs. Your role is pivotal in shaping the journey toward emotional resilience and personal growth for this diverse patient population.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you should have a master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program. You must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience working with higher-risk populations, preferably in a mental health setting. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
