Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - PACE

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Schedule: 24 hours/week on weekdays day shift

Assesses needs and provides Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) services and direct treatment in consultation with the Occupational Therapist. The COTA functions as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Responsible for home care coordination.

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Graduate of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License, or
• Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Limited Permit, or
• Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant Temporary License
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year experience in the area of Occupational Therapy as a COTA.

These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role.
