Job Description
As an Account Representative, you will serve as an important point of contact between NextShining and our clients. You will help maintain strong account relationships, support day-to-day client needs, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure clients receive a professional and consistent experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, confident in communication, service-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned clients and accounts.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, requests, and general account support.
- Understand client needs and help identify appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of client requests.
- Provide clear and professional communication throughout the customer relationship.
- Maintain accurate account information, notes, and activity records.
- Follow up with clients regarding ongoing requests, updates, and service needs.
- Assist with account retention and long-term relationship development.
- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company services, processes, and standards.
