Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while still receiving the support of a passionate team. You will work standard Monday to Friday hours, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend rotations to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the severity and frequency of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client’s unique challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals, needs, and preferences, making adjustments as necessary based on progress evaluations.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver effective therapeutic interventions.

• Monitor client progress throughout treatment, documenting changes and outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case consultations and interdisciplinary meetings with psychiatrists and other health professionals to provide coordinated care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatments to continuously enhance therapeutic efficacy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client assessments, treatment plans, and session notes, ensuring compliance with mental health regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

• A minimum of two years post-licensure experience focusing on mood disorders is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
