Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to effectively evaluate clients' mental health conditions and create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement a mix of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, adjusting methods as necessary to meet each client's unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client records, detailing therapy sessions, treatment plans, and ongoing progress to ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to provide holistic support and integrate various therapeutic approaches in patient care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, remaining current with psychology research and integrating progressive therapeutic techniques into your practice.

• Provide in-person and remote counseling sessions, accommodating the diverse needs of individuals, couples, families, or groups, ensuring a responsive and client-focused approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Refresh Zone Mental Health Services, Inc., we offer a competitive annual salary in the range of $120,000 to $130,000 for full-time positions.
