Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to understand the unique backgrounds and needs of your clients, subsequently formulating tailored treatment plans aimed at achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic services, including individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and licensed clinical social workers, to coordinate optimal care and ensure all client needs are met holistically.

• Accurately document session notes, treatment strategies, and client progress in adherence to HIPAA regulations and center policies, ensuring compliance and maintaining confidentiality throughout.

• Engage in ongoing supervision sessions and training workshops aimed at enhancing your therapeutic skills and knowledge of current best practices within the field of marriage and family therapy.

• Continuously stay informed about evolving trends and research developments in mental health, particularly pertaining to family dynamics, conflict resolution, and substance abuse interventions.

• Maintain high ethical standards in practice, proactively demonstrating respect for client confidentiality and upholding the licensing regulations set forth by the state.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve consist of a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families facing various relational and personal challenges. This includes a particular focus on those experiencing difficulties such as communication issues, conflict resolution, mental health concerns, and adjustment disorders. As the LMFT, your focus will significantly enhance the therapeutic experience as you guide clients toward healthier relationships and improved emotional health.

Qualifications\n
