Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

• Develop, implement, and maintain treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Independently schedule and manage caseloads, ensuring ongoing communication and support for established clients.
\n
• Document all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities, sharing insights and strategies to improve client outcomes.

• Conduct assessments and provide follow-up support, fostering a therapeutic environment conducive to positive mental health progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with pre-screened clients, many of whom are veterans seeking support for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. The clients you will assist have a low acuity level, allowing you to focus more on managing their ongoing care effectively rather than immediate crisis interventions. This supportive and stable client environment enables you to apply therapeutic techniques effectively without the added pressure of high-acuity situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field is required; a Master's degree or higher is strongly preferred.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is essential; candidates who are interns or require supervision will not be considered.

• No disciplinary actions or ethical violations on your license history.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effectively engaging with clients and documentation.

• Strong organizational skills to manage case load independently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in telehealth or online counseling is highly desirable.

• Experience working with veterans or understanding military culture is a significant plus.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms to efficiently document sessions and manage client information.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 130,000 annually , dependent upon experience and client load. Full-time therapists will additionally receive a monthly healthcare stipend.
