Program Manager Job Level: W2T Consultant Job Location: Hybrid/Onsite Tuesday to Thursday in West Loop, Chicago, IL Travel Expectations: 0% Job Classification: Temporary (W2T) In this role, you will: Drive end to end program planning, execution, and delivery Coordinate cross functional teams and maintain alignment across workstreams Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation plans Produce clear status updates, dashboards, and leadership reporting Maintain program documentation, timelines, and governance standards Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and tools Who You Are: 5–7 years of program management or PMO experience Consulting experience strongly preferred (management consulting, delivery consulting, or transformation consulting) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast paced environment Experience with structured delivery frameworks and planning tools Total Rewards: We proudly offer competitive compensation, and a comprehensive and well-rounded benefits package for full-time employees that have been designed to nourish your well-being.
