Leading the operational strategy for a high-growth tech company, the full-time Senior Director of Business Operations will design company-wide planning rhythms, drive strategic resource allocation, and oversee execution of key initiatives while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and design the company's operating cadence, including planning cycles and reporting transitions Drive strategic planning and resource allocation in partnership with Finance and the Executive Leadership Team Lead execution of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring resources are effectively deployed to address key business challenges Required qualifications 12+ years of experience in business operations, corporate strategy, or program management in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment Proven track record in leading annual planning processes and cross-functional prioritization Strong ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for executive decision-making Experience in building and developing high-performing teams of operators Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating order in fast-paced environments
