Customer Service Specialist

This role is fully in-office What You'll Do Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels. Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and identify the best solutions. Process customer orders, quotes, and order updates with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities when appropriate. Handle post-order requests, including returns, replacements, complaints, and shipment delays, ensuring timely resolution. Provide customers with product documentation such as manuals, technical data sheets, and quality certificates. Participate in ongoing product, compliance, and professional development training. Ensure transactions comply with export regulations and applicable security requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. What We\'re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of customer service experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Experience with AS400 or other customer database/ERP systems is a plus Ability to quickly learn new software and scientific terminology Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative approach to teamwork #J-18808-Ljbffr Hunter Hamilton
