Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, providing support tailored to each student’s unique circumstances and mental health needs.

• Assess and evaluate students’ needs through comprehensive intake assessments, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to inform treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that include therapeutic goals and remediation strategies aimed at addressing behavioral, emotional, and social challenges.

• Connect parents and guardians with necessary resources and interventions, ensuring a holistic approach to student welfare and family engagement.

• Document all sessions and interactions meticulously in our electronic health record system to maintain continuity of care and compliance with regulations.

• Collaborate with other members of the educational staff, including teachers and school psychologists, to coordinate student support services and facilitate seamless interventions.

Your primary focus will be on students from diverse backgrounds, each facing distinct social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. You will work to provide a safe space for students to express their feelings, process their experiences, and set achievable goals for their mental health. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California, with a clean disciplinary record.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
