Associate Director, Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research (GHEOR) Neuroscience

Associate Director responsible for developing global health economics and outcomes research strategy for neuroscience indications, particularly psychiatry. Will lead evidence generation initiatives, manage HEOR studies, and collaborate across clinical, medical, and commercial functions to demonstrate asset value.

Responsibilities

• Develop aligned GHEOR strategy for neuroscience portfolio with focus on psychiatry indications
• Design and execute innovative HEOR studies including real-world evidence, economic modeling, and clinical outcome assessment
• Lead scientifically rigorous research projects from concept through dissemination via publications and congress presentations
• Maintain cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across Access, Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Commercial
• Provide input on clinical trial design and endpoint selection aligned with value demonstration strategy

Requirements

• PhD in Epidemiology, Health Economics, or Health Services Research preferred; Master's degree required
• Minimum 3 years conducting outcomes research, health economics, or health technology assessment
• Experience executing research in matrix pharmaceutical company environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex topics for stakeholders
• Neuroscience experience preferred

Compensation: $180,830–$219,122 base
