Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients within the hospice setting and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with their mental health needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach to each patient’s unique circumstances and preferences.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records that comply with HIPAA and organizational standards, ensuring that patient information is managed with the utmost confidentiality and care.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, comprising psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.

• Facilitate regular case consultations and participate in peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided, share insights, and foster continuous improvement in clinical practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
