Position Summary

You’ll be joining a small, fast-moving, early-stage startup team that values clarity, craftsmanship, and impact. As an Account Executive, you will drive new business through relentless prospecting, hands-on pipeline management, and closing.

Our most successful team members are leaders and overachievers who showcase tenacity in how leads are generated—they don't wait for inbound leads to show up in their pipeline. In return, you will earn uncapped commissions, reach accelerators, and sell into a rapidly expanding market while playing a hands-on role in influencing the direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Drive the entire sales lifecycle from self-sourced prospecting and pipeline development to managing and closing net-new accounts.
  • Quota Attainment: Consistently achieve quarterly revenue targets and meet or exceed core performance metrics.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify opportunities for growth and aggressively generate leads through creative, strategic outbound prospecting.
  • Outbound Outreach: Perform high-volume outreach via cold calls and targeted email sequences into Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts; craft personalized, value-driven messaging that converts prospects into live demos.
  • Product Expertise: Develop deep technical mastery of the AI platform to independently deliver highly compelling, solution-oriented product demonstrations to executive prospects.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle B2B technical sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
  • Hunter Mindset: A proven, successful track record of self-sourcing net-new accounts and creatively generating leads. Sales Development Representative (SDR) experience prior to an Account Executive role is highly preferred.
  • Deal Execution: Excellent pricing negotiation skills with a knack for communicating complex product value to technical and economic buyers.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency: Experience utilizing outbound sales tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Core Competencies: Proven track record of above-target performance, resilience in fast-paced environments, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work daily in an onsite office environment.
