Bring your curiosity for learning; bold ideas; courage and passion to drive life-changing impact to ZS./ppWhat Youll Do/pulliDemonstrate deep health plan sector knowledge with a functional expertise in key business trends/topics including but not limited to Commercial Innovation, Government Growth, Payer-Provider Partnerships, Administrative Efficiency, and Innovation/Diversification/liliLead client business development and client relationships/liliStay abreast of current business, digital, and industry trends relevant to the clients business./liliEffectively lead and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds./liliManage client relationships and delivery- mitigate risks and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes/liliProvide constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members./liliFoster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment./liliDemonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge./li/ulpWhat Youll Bring/pulliBachelors degree/liliMBA or Advanced Degree is highly desirable/lili8 + years experience in health plan management consulting/lili3 + years experience in a senior role (manager, director) within a professional services firm/liliDemonstrated experience with driving commercial relationships within existing clients and in developing new prospects at the VP level./liliStrong credentials and demonstrated success in defining and delivering digital/tech solutions/liliAbility to lead a virtual team of consulting professionals across multiple projects/liliA high level of motivation and self-starting attitude/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills/liliExcellent oral and written communication skills/liliA strong work ethic/liliA willingness to travel to meet client needs/liliExecutive-level presence and communication/li/ulpHow youll grow:/pulliCross-functional skills development custom learning pathways/liliMilestone training programs aligned to career progression opportunities/liliInternal mobility paths that empower growth via s-curves, individual contribution and role expansions/li/ulpPerks Benefits:/ppAt ZS, your growth matters.
