General Manager – Ultimate Longevity Center of Naperville Downtown Naperville (River District) · Full-time, salaried · $84,000 base + uncapped performance bonus Ultimate Longevity Center is a fast-growing, premium wellness and longevity brand: recovery and performance services, clinical programs (IV therapy, peptides, labs and prescriptions through our medical partners), and an in-center apothecary, all built around a membership. We are opening our Naperville center and are looking for a purpose-driven General Manager to open it, build the team, and lead center performance across sales, operations, team development and client experience. This is a ground-floor role. You start during presale, before the doors open, and you lead the center from its first founding member to a full house of several hundred active members. What you'll do

• Drive presale and membership growth. Own the center's monthly new-membership goals through consultative, goal-focused sales. Work leads, run tours and consultations, close memberships yourself, and coach your Longevity Advisors to do the same.
• Open the center. Partner with the owners and the franchisor on launch: staffing, training, systems, local marketing, grand opening and community events.
• Build and lead the team. Recruit, train and develop a high-performing, sales- and service-driven team of Longevity Advisors and front-desk staff. Set the culture and hold the standard.
• Guide members. Lead client onboarding and guide members on their wellness and longevity journey, so they feel supported, educated and motivated to commit to their health.
• Keep members and earn referrals. Retention is the business. Deliver a personalized, results-driven experience that keeps active membership growing and brings in referrals.
• Run the numbers. Track membership, net revenue, apothecary and clinical-service sales in our CRM/point-of-sale (Kite), and hit the goals the owners set each quarter.
• Run daily operations. Opening and closing, scheduling, inventory, vendor coordination, cleanliness and safety, and smooth hand-offs with our clinical partners, for a seamless, elevated center experience.
• Be the face of ULC in Naperville. Execute local marketing, partnerships and community outreach, and build community through events with local businesses, gyms, physicians and groups.

What you bring

• 2–5+ years of management experience, ideally in wellness, fitness, med spa or hospitality, with a track record of hitting sales targets and growing revenue.
• Hands-on sales ability. You are comfortable selling a premium membership face to face and on the phone, and you can teach it.
• A proven ability to recruit, train, coach and lead a high-performing, sales-driven team.
• A confident communicator who connects with people and builds lasting relationships.
• Comfort with numbers: goals, conversion, retention and revenue reporting. Organized, accountable and results-driven.
• Pre-opening or new-location launch experience is a strong plus.
• A genuine interest in wellness, biohacking and longevity; familiarity with performance and longevity principles (e.g., Ultimate Human) is a plus.
• A high-ownership mindset and a bias for action: competitive, energetic and motivated to exceed goals.
• Availability for center hours, including some evenings and weekends, and able to commute to Naperville.

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary: $84,000 per year.
• Presale bonus: a monthly new-membership bonus targeted at 20% of base, paying up to 120% of target when you beat the goal.
• Quarterly growth bonus once open, with no ceiling: the bonus grows with the membership the center holds, plus a share tied to quarterly growth goals. At target, total pay is about $100,800 at 250 members, $110,800 at 300, and $130,800 at 400, and it keeps climbing.
