Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at In Touch Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health concerns. Your role is crucial in guiding clients through their unique challenges while building rapport and trust.

Qualifications\n

• Hold an active Washington State license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
\n
• Exceptional assessment skills and the ability to create effective therapy plans.

• Proficiency with telehealth technology to facilitate remote sessions.

• At least two years of experience providing mental health therapy in a clinical setting.
