We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Social Worker to help remove barriers to learning and provide meaningful support to students, families, and school teams. Position Details Job Type: Full-Time, Full School Year contract Caseload: 2-3 school sites, approx. 30 students on caseload Location:Winfield, IL Key Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling to support students social, emotional, and behavioral needs Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans for students in need of support Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to improve student outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning Connect families with community resources and support services Assist with crisis intervention and conflict resolution Support attendance improvement and behavioral intervention strategies Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Qualifications Masters Degree in Social Work (MSW) required Valid Illinois state licensure/certification as a School Social Worker Professional Educator License (PEL) required Previous experience in a school setting preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Why Join Us?
