The workweek is structured from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing work-life balance for our staff.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients' symptoms, including the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

• Create personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that their individual needs and mental health goals are prioritized.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide treatment.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices.

• Monitor client progress diligently, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving needs and ensure optimal outcomes.
