Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging and therapeutic individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to address each client’s unique needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services, assessing urgent situations, and ensuring clients receive the necessary referrals and resources for further support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring updates accurately reflect ongoing treatment progress.
