Leveraging a purpose-built cloud architecture backed by 230+ issued and pending patents and more than 100 points of presence globally, iboss processes over 150 billion transactions daily, blocking 4 billion threats per day As the cybersecurity landscape continues to evolve, iboss is at the forefront of innovation, and we are looking for a world-class financial leader to help scale the business to its next stage of growth.Position SummaryThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, partnering with the CEO and Board of Directors to shape the financial strategy and operational excellence of iboss. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in high-growth SaaS businesses, a strong command of recurring revenue models, and preferably experience in the cybersecurity industry. This leader will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring capital efficiency, and positioning iboss for continued expansion, potential fundraising events, and long-term value creation.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the CEO and Board to develop and execute the company's long-term financial strategyLead financial planning, annual budgeting, and multi-year forecasting processesProvide data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making and resource allocationDrive financial modeling for new business initiatives, product investments, and market expansionOwn and optimize core SaaS financial metrics: ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn, and gross marginPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve pipeline visibility and revenue predictabilityEstablish robust revenue recognition processes in compliance with ASC 606Lead capital raise efforts including equity and debt financing, in partnership with the CEO and BoardManage investor reporting, board presentations, and financial communicationsOversee all accounting operations including month-end close, financial statements, and auditsEnsure compliance with GAAP, SOC 2, and applicable regulatory requirementsImplement and maintain strong internal controls and financial policiesLead tax planning, treasury management, and risk mitigation strategiesQualificationsRequired12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 3–5 years as a VP Finance or CFOProven experience in a high-growth SaaS company, deep understanding of subscription-based business models is requiredDemonstrated success scaling ARR from $100M+ through $400M+ or equivalent growth milestonesStrong command of SaaS financial metrics and recurring revenue reportingExperience leading or supporting fundraising rounds (Series B, C, D, or growth equity)Exceptional executive presence with strong board and investor communication skillsTrack record of building and leading finance teams in dynamic, fast-paced environmentsCPA, CFA, or MBA from a top-tier institution preferredPrior experience taking a company through an IPO or significant M&A transactionFamiliarity with government and enterprise sales motions, including federal contracts and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, CMMC)Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or comparable financial and CRM systemsBenefitsCompetitive base salary, performance bonus, and equityOpportunity to join an innovative, market-leading cybersecurity platform at a pivotal growth stageUnlimited PTO policyCollaborative and mission-driven culture with direct access to the CEO and BoardComprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matchThe duties and responsibilities described above are essential functions of the job.
