CBT-Informed Youth Engagement Lead
Roca
Roca Inc. is seeking a Youth Worker to engage 25 high-risk young adults using CBT-informed approaches and strong relationship-building within the Lynn community.
You will work with partners including police, probation officers, and community members to guide youth toward economic independence and safer living outcomes. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver education, job readiness, and life-skills programming, both in person and virtually, while maintaining accurate case notes
