Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth technology to deliver safe and effective counseling sessions. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule within our operating hours, which are Monday through Saturday. Our practice provides in-house credentialing and management support, allowing you to focus solely on providing high-quality therapy without administrative burdens.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will handle a range of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and adolescents to identify mental health needs and develop appropriate intervention strategies.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to formulate and implement effective treatment plans that demonstrate consideration for the physical, emotional, and social needs of clients.

• Communicating treatment progress and client needs through thorough documentation and regular participation in team meetings and patient rounds.

• Providing timely and ethical documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes as prescribed by the department standards.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist clients in achieving their treatment goals and enhancing their quality of life.

The clients you will serve range from adolescents to adults, presenting with various mental health challenges. Your expertise will be essential in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this vital role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health services, preferably in an outpatient setting.

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Compensation and Benefits\n
