Workday Analyst

BairesDev

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst – Compensation & Benefits to work with HR stakeholders, gathering requirements and configuring Workday solutions end-to-end. This hands-on role focuses on compensation rules, benefits setup, and annual events across global offices.

You will own compensation/configuration, build reports with Workday Report Writer, and collaborate with a companion team supporting offices in multiple countries. Strong English skills are essential.
