HRIS Analyst

To support a dynamic HR technology environment, the full-time HRIS Senior Analyst will manage advanced configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of HR systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting. Key Responsibilities Establish configuration standards and architect complex HR technology solutions while evaluating enterprise-wide impacts Lead the design and support of system enhancements, integrations, and process automation affecting multiple business functions Serve as the highest-level functional escalation point for complex system issues, providing expert consultation and technical direction Required Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting HR technology systems or similar platforms Experience configuring and supporting enterprise HR systems such as Workday, LMS platforms, or ServiceNow Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, analytics, or a related field, or 3 years of equivalent experience Expert knowledge of HR systems, data structures, and business processes Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
