- 3+ years of HRIS experience
- Experience supporting UKG Pro (highly preferred)
- Experience with IBM Cognos Analytics (preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience supporting HRIS production environments, troubleshooting system issues, reporting, testing, security administration, and data integrity
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Finance, and IT
