HRIS Analyst

Working remotely, the full-time HRIS Time and Absence Analyst will manage the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of UKG Workforce Management Pro and Workday Time & Absence modules, ensuring optimal performance of timekeeping and absence management systems. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain UKG WFM Pro modules, including Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, and Advanced Scheduling Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to implement new features and ensure smooth integration between UKG and Workday Provide Tier 2/3 support and resolve time clock connectivity and data synchronization issues Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information systems, HR Technology, or related field 3+ years of experience in HRIS or Workforce Management systems Hands-on experience with UKG WFM Pro and Workday Time & Absence configuration Strong knowledge of UKG Time Clock management, including installation and troubleshooting Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into system solutions
