And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.Could that be you?Your missionThis role is dedicated to supporting customers and prospects across the Brazil market and requires professional fluency in both Portuguese and English.UiPath is looking for a Business Development Representative to create new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers while outbound prospecting with the Enterprise Sales Executives. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and prospecting into new accounts. You will use your communication skills to cultivate meaningful relationships with prospects from first contact to initial conversation in both Portuguese and English. If you are motivated, results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we'd like to meet you.Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.What you'll do at UiPathGenerate qualified meetings for Field Reps through cold calls, emails and strategic campaignsProspect, engage, and build relationships with customers across the Brazil market using both Portuguese and English.Identify client's needs and suggest an appropriate solutionProactively seek new business opportunities in the marketSet up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and the Account ExecutiveReport to the BDR Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales resultsStay up-to-date with new products/services and our pricing modelContinuing to look for ways of incorporating automation into daily workWhat you'll bring to the teamBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, Finance or related field6-12+ months of experience in a sales role (internship experience is counted)Professional fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken) is required.Experience communicating with Portuguese-speaking customers or supporting the Brazil market is highly preferred.Ability to deliver engaging presentationsAutomation first mindsetExceptional verbal and written communication skillsIntermediate to advanced knowledge in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPointExposure/experience with Salesforce is a plus#LI-RW1Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
