This role operates in a telehealth setting, allowing licensed therapists to work remotely from anywhere while maintaining access to advanced digital resources. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling a balanced work-life blend. Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will take on a variety of responsibilities designed to facilitate better patient outcomes:

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, employing tailored therapeutic techniques suited to client needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, to coordinate care and share best practices.

• Participate in regular case reviews and team meetings to ensure comprehensive treatment plans are developed and implemented effectively.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid New Jersey state license for LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

• At least two years of professional experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
