Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive client assessments to determine mental health status and needs.

• Providing individual therapy sessions that are compassionate and based on evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Offering teletherapy services to accommodate clients facing barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Point Quest, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health conditions. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, each seeking support and guidance to navigate their unique challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as either an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients empathetically.

• A strong sense of compassion and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills for maintaining client schedules and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

We highly value candidates with prior experience in outpatient settings and those who have specific training in trauma-informed care or experience working with specific demographic groups, such as LGBTQ+ clients. Familiarity with evidence-based approaches and teletherapy tools is also desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Point Quest offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
