Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs, backgrounds, and presenting issues.

• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals and progress.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using various modalities, ensuring interventions align with the clients' therapeutic needs.

• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, continuously monitoring and adjusting plans as necessary.
\n
• Offer telehealth services to ensure accessibility for all clients, adapting sessions to fit their specific circumstances.
\n
• Maintain diligent and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress according to ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, staying current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, exhibiting a range of mental health challenges including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and life transitions. Your expertise will play an essential role in guiding clients through their healing journeys, adapting approaches based on their unique situations and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in New Jersey.
\n
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients.
\n
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward all clients and their experiences.
\n
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage a caseload effectively.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience working in community health settings or private practice, familiarity with teletherapy platforms, and knowledge of various therapeutic modalities (such as CBT, DBT, etc.) will be advantageous in this role. Previous experience working with trauma-informed care can enhance your effectiveness in supporting our clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with caseload and experience. Benefits include:
