Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to identify patients’ unique needs.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitating psychoeducational and support groups that promote community and shared learning among participants.

• Providing crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health situations while ensuring timely and appropriate responses.

• Collaborating closely with a diverse team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Actively participating in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Engaging with the latest research in mental health therapy and its practical application to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

• Demonstrable experience in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans.

• Proficiency in delivering individual and group therapy across diverse populations.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with sound judgment and ethical practice in maintaining professional boundaries.

• Competence in using electronic health record systems and other computer applications relevant to practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical therapy setting is required, candidates with additional experience in telehealth service delivery or specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities will be favored. Familiarity with patient-led therapeutic approaches will also be advantageous in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
