Work Environment\n

This role will be performed in a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection with clients in a community health clinic environment. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that collaborates closely to deliver coordinated care. The work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling a balanced work-life structure while you focus on providing quality counseling services.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid State Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent.

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited educational institution. Please note, a Bachelor’s Degree is not an acceptable substitution for this role.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective interactions with clients and colleagues.

• A deep understanding of therapy services, including knowledge of community resources and insurance billing procedures.
\n
• The ability to empathize with clients' experiences, helping to foster a strong counselor-client relationship.

Preferred Experience\n

• 3-5 years of experience working in outpatient settings, providing therapy and support to individuals with various mental health conditions.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and mental health documentation, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
