Sales Development Representative

We are a fast-growing Atlanta-based marketing agency that scaled revenue 20x in 2025 and manages eight-figure annual media spend. The company is investing heavily in building a serious outbound sales engine and is looking for high performers who want real upside. The Role The SDR will own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation. You will work directly with leadership, receive hands-on coaching, and have a defined path to promotion into an Account Executive role within 12 months based on performance. Responsibilities Prospect outbound through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn Build and manage your own pipeline Set qualified meetings for Account Executives Track daily activity and performance metrics Collaborate with leadership on messaging and sales strategy Qualifications 0-3 years of SDR or high-performance sales experience Strong work ethic and high activity level Comfortable making a high volume of calls Competitive, coachable, and motivated by earning potential Experience selling services or performance marketing is a plus We value hunger and drive over brand-name logos.
