This position offers a unique remote work setting that allows you to effectively connect with clients from the comfort of your own environment. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers through virtual platforms, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care. The role follows a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance with no evening or weekend obligations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific challenges.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions that facilitate clients’ emotional and psychological development.

• Collaborate with primary care and healthcare teams to coordinate holistic behavioral health services and ensure comprehensive care for patients.

• Stay informed about local, state, and federal behavioral healthcare programs and regulations to maintain compliance and enhance service delivery.

• Perform timely evaluations and intakes, ensuring a courteous approach in all interactions with patients and their families.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary, maintaining a calm and supportive environment.

• Refer clients needing higher levels of care, such as inpatient treatment or specialized services, to appropriate facilities.

• Provide referrals to Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services as needed, ensuring clients' smooth transitions into recovery.

• Screen clients for substance use disorders and offer counseling or referrals based on their needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n
