• Engage potential candidates to introduce them to opportunities at MLR and assess their interest level.
• Facilitate appointments between candidates and recruiters for more in-depth evaluations.
• Follow up with leads to nurture their interest and support them through the hiring process.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system.
• Earn commission based on the number of meetings set, interviews conducted, and placements made from your outreach.
