Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable SpecialistSalary: $60,000 – $75,000 Located in Clackamas (onsite)Why This Opportunity Stands Out:• Direct exposure to the Controller and ownership team. • Visible, high-impact role within a small and collaborative office. • Opportunity to build expertise in construction accounting and public works projects. • Hands-on experience with progress billings, job costing, and certified payroll processes. • Stable company with a long-standing reputation in Oregon and Washington. • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement benefits.Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist:• Prepare progress billings, pay applications, and invoices in Acumatica. • Manage accounts receivable, including cash application, collections, aging, and retention tracking. • Process vendor invoices, payment runs, and account reconciliations. • Maintain vendor records, W-9s, insurance certificates, and annual 1099 reporting. • Assist with month-end close and provide backup support for certified payroll reporting.Qualifications for the Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist:• 2+ years of combined accounts payable and accounts receivable experience. • Construction accounting experience, including job costing and progress billings required. • Experience using an ERP system required; Acumatica experience preferred. • Proficiency with Excel, including lookups and pivot tables.
