Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group counseling services, addressing diverse mental health issues, utilizing mindfulness and solution-focused therapy methodologies.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs, create tailored treatment plans, and effectively document progress and outcomes in compliance with departmental standards.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies when necessary, supporting clients through acute emotional distress.

• Consult with family members and other support networks to develop a comprehensive discharge planning process that supports ongoing recovery.

• Maintain open lines of communication with physicians and other healthcare providers to report on client progress and address any concerns that may arise promptly.

Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and other emotional disturbances requiring a compassionate, professional approach. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
