Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients.

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to determine and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques effectively during sessions.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of all clinical interactions, maintaining alignment with practice standards and regulatory requirements.

• Comply with ethical and legal guidelines governing the practice of mental health counseling to safeguard client trust and confidentiality.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and valid State Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
