Renaissance Marine Group is comprised of two brands: Duckworth and Weldcraft. These brands are distributed through approximately 40 independent brand dealers located in the Western US states, Western Canada, and the Great Lakes region of the US. Our products are designed and built in our 75,000 sq. foot state-of-the-art welded aluminum boat factory using 3-D modeling software. We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager based in Clarkston, Washington who is ready to drive dealer growth, expand market opportunities, and strengthen customer and dealer relationships. ACTIVITIES YOU’LL GET TO DO: Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market share Establish and manage annual sales forecasts, sales projections, dealer order commitments, and performance metrics Identify and pursue new markets, dealer channels, and growth opportunities Expand, support, and strengthen dealer and distribution networks Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and key stakeholders Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs and market trends Lead dealer incentive programs, business reviews, and growth initiatives Recruit and manage brand ambassadors Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Customer Service Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to leadership Represent Renaissance Marine Group at dealer meetings, boat shows, customer events, and industry functions QUALIFICATIONS: 5–10+ years of sales, business development, dealer network management, or related experience Experience working with dealer networks or distribution channels Proven ability to identify, develop, and execute growth strategic Strong business acumen, forecasting, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or related field preferred Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to travel periodically (25%) MUST HAVES THAT MAKE YOU GREAT: Strong relationship-building and customer-focused mindset Excellent communication and presentation skills You have the ability to create impactful business relationships.
