This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, employing active listening and clinically validated tools.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals and circumstances.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and support resources, enhancing their understanding of the management of their conditions.

• Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals from diverse backgrounds experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Possession of an active New York State mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) is mandatory.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong aptitude for utilizing technology for remote counseling sessions.
