Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that effectively address the unique needs of each client, including crisis management and behavioral guidelines.

• Complete all necessary documentation promptly and in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure continuity of care and adherence to best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to comprehensively evaluate client needs and track progress, collaborating with the clinical team to optimize treatment strategies.

• Work in partnership with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that promote client wellness and stability.

• Actively engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with state and national standards and enhancing service quality.

• Serve as a key liaison with community agencies, partners, and state services to connect clients with additional resources and support systems.

• Establish effective communication channels within the organization and the community to uphold the mission and values of Mindful Perspective Moments Therapy.

• Foster relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote program visibility and secure new partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings related to mental health, thereby enhancing personal expertise and service delivery.

• Embody and promote the organizational mission, values, and principles in all professional interactions and decisions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, which may include special projects or involvement in new initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele who require tailored interventions for various issues, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, developmental disabilities, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n
