Bar Manager – High-Volume Sports Restaurant & Bar | New Orleans, LA

$47K–$52K + Bonus | Full-Time

This city knows a good bar. Come run one.

New Orleans doesn't do average, and neither should your bar program. Our client runs a high-volume, family-friendly sports restaurant and bar where the taps flow, the screens are packed, and the bar is the heartbeat of the room.

They need a Bar Manager who can run a tight bar, keep the energy up, and make every guest want one more round.

Your Playbook

Run the full bar operation, including inventory, ordering, pour cost, and liquor controls
Hire, train, and coach a bartending team that's fast, friendly, and responsible
Build drink features and promotions that drive sales on busy nights and slow ones
Keep the bar spotless, compliant, and ready for a rush at any moment
Partner with the GM on beverage sales, guest experience, and team development

What Makes You a Fit

2+ years of bar management or lead bartending in a high-volume setting
A strong handle on pour cost, inventory, and beverage P&L
Alcohol and responsible-service certifications, or the ability to get them
A leader who's calm under pressure and great with people
Available nights, weekends, and big-event days
